Senzero Sleep supports private-label mattress development for international brands, retailers and importers. Start with your target market, retail position and construction direction; then agree the sample, branding and packing scope.
Specify the complete mattress
Confirm finished length, width and height in centimetres, support system, comfort layers, quilting, border and edge construction. Specify material grades and layer thicknesses in the approved bill of materials. Names such as Queen or hybrid alone do not define a comparable product.
Make the branding workable
Discuss cover fabric, quilting pattern, woven labels, care labels, artwork position and carton design. Material availability, order minimums and artwork requirements are confirmed with the quotation.
Approve a repeatable reference
Review dimensions, surface finish, feel and packaging together. Record the approved sample and agreed tolerances before bulk production. A change to layers or fabric may require another sample.
