Your choice comes first
Optional visit statistics stay off until you select “Accept analytics”. You can reject statistics and still browse the site or submit an inquiry. Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of a page to change your choice. Your preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days; if storage is unavailable, it may only last for the current page.
Optional visit statistics
After you accept, we record visits to known public pages, timestamps, referring domain names, the entry page and a device category based on browser width. A random session identifier and up to 10 recent public page paths are stored in the browser tab. A new session starts after 30 minutes without activity. Query strings, fragments, form contents and full IP addresses are not stored in these visit statistics.
We estimate engagement using time when the page is visible and the browser window has focus. We also record the greatest scroll position reached, clicks from guides to mattress pages, inquiry, email and Alibaba links, and direct-form starts, attempts and failures. These observations do not prove that a person read the content. A link click is not an inquiry; successful inquiries are recorded only after our server saves them.
Sleep statistics are sent to our shared Senzero management service at senzeropet.com, where they are identified as Sleep data and kept separate from Pet statistics. Visit details are retained for up to 90 days, with older records removed as new visits arrive. This site does not currently load Google Analytics.
Changing your preference
Rejecting analytics stops new measurement, cancels pending requests and clears this tab’s statistics session. It does not automatically erase information already processed. Clearing your browser storage also removes the saved choice. An internal-test browser preference is used to exclude our own checks from customer reports.
Direct inquiries
When you submit the direct form, we send your name, email, optional company, country, product and quantity, project requirements and referring domain to the shared Senzero inquiry service at senzeropet.com. Your request is identified as a Sleep inquiry. Only the authorized administrator can view it. We use these details to respond to your request and follow up on the project. Agreeing to be contacted about your inquiry is separate from accepting optional statistics.
If you accepted statistics and your visit was confirmed, we may also link your inquiry to that visit, entry page and recent public page paths. If you rejected statistics, this optional context is not included. We do not put names, email addresses or message contents into browser analytics events.
Inquiries remain available for business follow-up until removed following a retention review or an applicable deletion request. Archiving a record does not erase it. Email notifications are not currently enabled; our team reviews requests in the management inbox. A saved reference number confirms that the request reached that inbox.
Brief builder and external services
The separate buying-brief tool prepares text in your browser. Generating, copying or downloading that brief does not submit it to us. If you contact us by email or Alibaba, those services process the message under their own policies.
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and infrastructure and process connection information needed to deliver and protect the site. Processing may occur outside your country. This website delivery is separate from optional visit statistics.
