HUMAN BEDDING KNOW-HOW · MATTRESS DEVELOPMENT & SUPPLY

OEM / ODM mattress development

Your brand.
Your mattress brief.

Start with the market you serve. We help you work through the product, presentation and packing details that belong in an approved mattress specification.

What can be discussed

Shape the product
inside and out.

Options are reviewed for the selected construction, material availability and order conditions. The quotation and sample confirm the agreed combination.

Dimensions & height

Specify exact finished length, width and height for each size. Hotel projects should also identify the bed-base dimensions and any installation limits.

Support & comfort layers

Discuss the spring system or other core, layer materials, thicknesses and edge construction. Use a sample reference to communicate the intended feel.

Fabric & quilting

Review cover appearance, colour, quilting pattern, panel construction and the side border. Confirm material choices against the sample.

Labels & branding

Define woven labels, care information, logo position and artwork. Keep the product name and size identification consistent across the mattress and packaging.

Packaging & carton marks

Agree individual packing, carton artwork and shipment identification. Compression or roll packing needs a suitable construction and a model-specific trial.

Checks & documentation

List the measurements, workmanship checks and destination-specific documents you need. Confirm the applicable product and document scope before ordering.

From idea to approval

Keep each decision
connected to the sample.

  1. 01 · Brief

    Share the starting point

Send your destination, sales channel, quantity by size and product references. If a requirement is still open, identify it rather than guessing.

  2. 02 · Review

    Define a workable specification

Review the proposed construction, finish and packing direction. Confirm the quotation scope, sample costs, minimums and timing for that project.

  3. 03 · Sample

    Evaluate the complete mattress

Check the dimensions, appearance, feel, labels and relevant packing requirements. Record any requested changes against the original specification.

  4. 04 · Approval

    Agree the production reference

Confirm the sample, final specification and inspection points in writing. Changes to materials or construction may require further sampling.

Before sampling

Set the expectations together.

Sample availability, charges, delivery cost, minimum order quantity and production timing depend on the agreed model and order scope. Request these terms with your brief; submitting a request does not place an order or reserve production.

For compressed mattresses, packing suitability and recovery are reviewed for the complete construction. A change to the core, layers, adhesive or edge may change the packing result.
